  7. suggestions. It went to the States and as far as I 
  8. know it‚Äôs still in somebody‚Äôs desk drawer. They‚Äôve 
  9. never even acknowledged receipt of it.

  13. printed. I hauled it around to U of T Press which 
  14. had done The Gutenberg Galaxy . And we did a little
